The electronic pressure sensor RPS0-6 is based on the principle of a silicon membrane bending by the differential pressure. The changing ohmic resistance, in case of the bending, is measured in connection with the temperature, recorded by a microprocessor and converted into precise voltage.
In case of RPS0-6DL a second microprocessor converts the analog measurements into a TAD-Bus appropriated serial digital signal.
The sensor has the following characteristics: · Coverage of the system pressure from 0 to 6 bar
· Coverage of the temperature from 0 to 100°C
· Output of the measurements as a radiometric voltage in case of RPS0-6
· digital output of the measurements over the TAD-bus in case of RPS0-6DL
· In the flow channel ther are no moving parts
· Adapter board for easy connection to common cable diameters
· Measuring insensitive to medium properties
