Prices: in euros, including VAT. A valid VAT ID number is required for VAT-free deliveries within the EU single market.

Payment: 10 days with 3% discount or 30 days net.

Delivery: in Austria free for invoices totalling EUR 300 or more, below this amount a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 5.00 will apply;
in Germany free for invoices totalling EUR 300 or more, below this amount a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 10.00 will apply;
rest of EU single market CPT Austrian border;
other countries DDU to Austrian border;
for shipment to a delivery address supplied by you we shall charge a processing fee of EUR 10.00.

In general, the delivery conditions of the FEEI (Association of the Austrian Electrical and Electronics Industries) shall apply.

Until full payment is received, we shall retain full ownership of the goods.
