If you have a problem with one of our products, we would be happy to help you solve it. In general, the more information we are given, the better we can help you.


In every case, we will want to know the following:
  1. Which controller are you using?
  2. Which program have you selected?
  3. Do the outputs work in manual mode?
  4. What operating system version is installed?
  5. Are the sensor values ok?
  6. Have you checked the fuse of the device.

If you are having problems with your controller's settings, we will gladly help. The best way is to call us when you are directly at your controller. This enables us to support you in solving the problem as quickly as possible.
