Current RMA processing time

Repairs currently have a processing time of around 1 to 2 weeks (without postal service). In individual cases, there may be longer processing times.

Our controllers and associated components are extremely reliable. This is one of the main reasons why we have such satisfied and loyal customers. Our quality assurance department works continually on improving reliability even further and detecting and rectifying faults as early as possible.

Nevertheless, a device may of course occasionally be faulty or develop a fault.

Our support team is on hand to help.

Call our support team. In most cases we are able to find a suitable solution without you having to send us the device. Our analyses show that, depending on the device type, 30 to 60 percent of devices sent to us do not actually have a fault.

Return Merchandise Authorization

If you do send us a device, please make sure you use our RMA system. After registering once, you can request a returns number which will allow you to check on the status of your complaint at any time and receive emails keeping you informed every step of the way.

This will help us to process your complaint much more quickly because our internal processes are designed around this system.
