The C.M.I. gives you the possibility of accessing your customer's system from afar. Reading out logging data, changes to parameters and programming, firmware updates - anything is possible. Additionally, your customers have full control over access rights to their systems.
As if you're really there
The direct access to the controller is achieved using the Web portal in your browser. The remote operation of the device works as if you're really there, right infront of the device. The access rights are the same as on the device itself. This means that your customer can be blocked from taking certain actions on the device.
The Web portal is accessible to both you and your customers. This gives you a tool to maintain your customer's systems and lend them a helping hand from afar. You'll also be able to update firmware and change parameters, as well as read logging data using Winsol.
