Return of FRISTAR valves

Information

The FRISTAR3 may experience issues with hot water preparation due to a construction error of the electric valve by a Swedish producer. The controller monitors all electric components of the FRISTAR3 and gives accurate feedback on related issues. In the case mentioned above, the status LED would alternate flashing orange and red.

Should your DHW station experience this error, please fill out the following form so a replacement can be processed.

Instructions for hot water preparation in absence of a functional valve.

The four-digit code for the date of manufacture can be found on the valve body (red marking).
The required serial number can be found on the front of the controller (FWR33-xxxxxx)

Ordering a replacement valve for FRISTAR3
